My work is mainly figurative, both 2D and 3D. My first love is sculpture of the human form in clay, generally on a domestic scale and therefore ideal for mantelpieces! Some sculptures are potentially outdoor pieces, depending on the firing and the finish. Some are also cast, usually in bronze resin or jesmonite and these are all suitable for indoor or outdoor display.
I also create life drawings and portraits in oil, which vary in style from quick impressionistic sketches to more studied, detailed pictures. All works are originals rather than prints.
